Welcome to my site.

I'm an author and journalist, regularly writing features on education, finance,
TV, books, health and travel.

I mainly write for UK newspapers, especially The Evening Standard,
The Times, Guardian and Sunday Times, but also contribute to magazines like Grazia, Prima, and the international press.

I've written two books, Pimp Your Vocab and A Guide to Uni Life, and often comment on student and linguistic issues on TV (BBC Breakfast, News 24, Sky News) and radio (Radio 4, LBC, BBC local radios, Talk Europe and more).
